At Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and accommodation. We understand that sometimes changes or cancellations are necessary, and we have established a refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to all bookings made at Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd. It covers deposits, cancellations, and refunds. By making a booking, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.

Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This policy is in place to cover the administrative costs and potential loss of revenue associated with holding a reservation.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd may agree to refund a deposit. Such exceptions must be documented and agreed upon in writing by the management.

Cancellations

Cancellation by Guest

If a guest needs to cancel their booking, they must notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

·       Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

·       Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

·       Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date: No refund.

Cancellation by Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

We will also make every effort to assist the guest in finding alternative accommodation.

Refund Process

To request a refund, guests must contact our customer service team with their booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking.

Amendments to Policy

Southport Air B & B Ltd and Southport Holiday Rentals Ltd reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
